Haringey Employment Providers' Forum


The Haringey Employment Providers’ Forum is an opportunity to bring together providers who are based in and/or provide employment and skills related services to Haringey residents. The forum is designed for providers to connect, share information, collaborate, and network.

The membership is open to all organisations working in the field of training, development and employment support and delivering employment services to Haringey residents.

Purpose of the Forum


The purpose of Haringey Employment Providers’ Forum is to:

  • Establish and co-ordinate a borough-wide employment support offer, delivered by a range of employment support and skills training partners, that is relevant, accessible and easily understood by residents, providers and employers
  • Promote collaboration and partnership working among employment support providers and create opportunities for sharing good practice
  • Help practitioners working in the sector with skills and professional development
  • Share information and developments on new employment support services and provision
  • Promote community wealth building by securing local employment opportunities for residents and maximise referrals into existing vacancies
  • Share information on current and future local and regional funding opportunities
  • Highlight and create training and development opportunities for employment support staff so that residents gain access to high-quality professional services
  • Maximise our influence and engagement with employers
  • Raise the profile of high-quality apprenticeships

Meetings Schedule


  • Haringey Employment Providers’ Forum meet every 6 weeks.
  • The meetings will be Chaired and convened by Haringey Works who will manage the mailing list.
  • The agenda for the meeting will be circulated at least 7 days before the meeting. Action points will be noted.
  • Members can suggest agenda items or training topics.
