Nadir is a dedicated Autism and Learning Disabilities Advisor at Haringey Works, offering tailored support to individuals seeking to enhance their employment prospects. With a focus on empowering clients, she provides expert guidance
on CV writing, interview preparation, and pre-employment training, ensuring individuals are equipped with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the workplace. Working closely with each client, Nadir helps identify strengths,
navigate challenges, and connect with local resources to unlock opportunities. She uses a compassionate, person-centred approach that is aimed at fostering independence and helping individuals achieve meaningful, fulfilling careers.
Appointments can be made in person or via MS Teams.

IPS Team - Substance Mis-use Employment Team

David and Dee are committed Substance Misuse Employment Specialist with the IPS Team at Haringey Works. With a focus on supporting individuals in recovery from substance misuse, they provide one-to-one guidance to help clients find
and maintain employment. From assisting with CV writing and interview preparation to offering advice on workplace challenges, David and Dee ensure clients are fully supported every step of the way by working with each person to
identify their strengths and connect them to training, job opportunities, and the resources they need to succeed in the workplace. Through compassionate and practical support, they are dedicated to helping clients overcome barriers
and achieve long-term employment success.
Employment Advisor: Youth

As a Youth Employment Advisor at Haringey Works, Murshed supports young people aged 18-24 in finding employment, apprenticeships, and training opportunities. They provide personalised guidance on CV writing, job searching, and completing
job applications, helping young job seekers build confidence and develop the skills needed to secure meaningful work. By working closely with local employers and training providers, he ensures that young people have access to the
right opportunities to achieve their career goals.
Employment Advisor: Creative Industries

Nazma supports Haringey residents in exploring career opportunities within the creative industries. She provides job search assistance, career guidance, and application support while connecting individuals with relevant training programs.
Additionally, she collaborates with employers in the creative sector to help them find and recruit talented professionals.
Employment Advisor: Construction Industry

Luqman specialises in helping job seekers access opportunities in the construction industry. He provides CV support, job search and application assistance, and training coordination to ensure residents obtain the necessary certifications
for their careers. Additionally, he works with contractors to help them meet Section 106 obligations by facilitating the recruitment of apprentices, local employment opportunities, work experience, and placements. He also organises
site visits to give residents valuable industry exposure.
