Employment Advisor: Autism and Learning disabilities

Focused on supporting residents aged 18-34 who have learning disabilities or autism. The service includes individualised support, training/upskilling, CV building, interview preparation and techniques, pre-employment training and in
work support for 6 months.
Appointments can be made in person or via MS Teams.
Employment Advisor: Youth at Risk

Focused on supporting any 18–24-year-olds considered ‘at risk’ of serious youth violence (victims or perpetrators), risk of dropping out of full-time education or those at risk of long-term unemployment.
Careers support includes career planning, CV writing, targeted job searching, shortlisting for live job vacancies, interview preparation, signposting/referral to traineeships or apprenticeships and career coaching.
Appointments can be made in person or via MS Teams to fit around client circumstances.

Focused on engaging with residents 18+ providing employment support and guidance within the Construction sector. This includes supporting developers and contractors with fulfilling S106, Social Value obligations and maximising employment
opportunities for Haringey residents.
Employment Advisor: Substance misuse

I provide personalised support to people who are receiving help from substance misuse services who wish to move into sustainable employment.
My focus is to support clients in identifying their strengths, skills and aspirations to create the right job match, including working to understand their background, potential barriers and to develop a tailored action plan around
their job goals.
As part of a community health team where I adopt a tried and tested approach called Individual Placement and Support which helps to bridge the gap between misconceptions around substance misuse and employment.

Natasha (Broadwater Farm Estate) and Mohamoud (Northumberland Park) supports residents to identify the most appropriate Employment Support provider based on their personal circumstances. They are available to residents in those areas
to meet face to face, deliver employability workshops and to signpost to relevant services.
