Employment and Skills Plan

Haringey Council (the Council) requires all major developments in the borough to deliver employment and skills obligations through section 106 planning conditions or social value contractual obligations.

Haringey Works Portal (the Portal) enables:

  • The Council to manage all aspects of employment and skills obligations proccess – from the submission of Employment and Skills Plans (ESP) through to approval, and monitoring compliance stages.
  • Developers, and main contractors to view their approved ESP, report against the employment and skills obligations, evidence reasonable endeavours and track their performance in real time.
  • NOTE: Monitoring reports must be submitted via the Portal on the 5th of every month or the Friday before if this date falls on a non-working day.

    Evidence Forms
